    Biographical history

    Albert Adrian "Bert" Dick, [ca. 1880]-1970, was a wealthy real estate man in Calgary, Alberta. He married Vera Gillespie, [ca. 1894]-1973, in Calgary in 1911. They honeymooned the following year in Europe, and booked their return passage on the ill-fated Titanic. Both survived its sinking. On their return they lived in a Tudor manor in Mount Royal, at 2211 - 7th Street SW.

    Scope and content

    The fonds consists of architectural plans of the Mount Royal house, designed by Calgary architects, Holman and Gotch.
