AES photo album #1 contained 72 photos and five class photos were removed. Ms. Roseann LaPlace identified the people (AA 20293 - 20297). AES photo album #2 contained 22 photos of staff; AA 20290-92. AES photo album #3 contained 98 photos of unidentified gymnasts in the school gym; no identification. AES photo album #4 is of students/parents at track meets and science fairs; no one identified. AES photo album #5 contains 146 photos with a few first names but no names or dates.

Athabasca Elementary School was built in 1966 on the West Hill in Athabasca to accommodate Grades 1-7. In August, 1994 the name was changed to Landing Trail Intermediate School for Grades 4-7.

Scope and content

The fonds consists of a play written in 1967 by the Grade 7 students commemorating Canada's centennial, a class photo of Miss Scott's Grade 3 classroom in 1966-67, and a book produced by the 1986-87 STAGE program (focus on literacy) entitled " Our Book of Dogs".
