Partners International conducted this study entitled "Training and Employment Needs Assessment for the County of Athabasca, Town of Athabasca and Village of Boyle" on behalf of the Athabasca Regional Training Advisory Council. The goal was to reduce the number of unemployed or underemployed individuals in the region by identifying and facilitating the development of needed training programs which will help prepare the local workforce for existing and future employment opportunities in the region.
