CAGE (Citizen's Action Group on the Environment) Association of Red Deer, Alberta was incorporated on December 5, 1990 as a non-profit organization. It was active in the period 1991-2000. CAGE existed as an information resource centre, to assist local people in creating an environmentally friendly community. This was achieved through education, networking, lobbying and various local projects, such as Trees 2000. The organization disbanded in June 2000. Chairs: Sheila Free (1990-1992); Alice Hogan (1992-2000)
