Biographical history
Clifford Weeks was born in 1930. He worked as a winchman on the dredges for the Yukon Gold Consolidated Corporation in the late 1940s. He currently lives in Surrey, B.C.

Scope and content
The fonds consists of photographs taken by Cliff Weeks during his work on the gold dredges near Dawson City, Yukon from 1947 to 1950. Images include various Yukon Consolidated Gold Corporation (YVGC) dredges in operation on Hunker and Sulphur Creeks and the Klondike River, closeup views of the dredge buckets, and the winch room.
