Fonds consists of the personal records of Anita Sky dating from 1925-1981, and includes original and photocopied photographs with captions that depict members of various Jewish organizations in the Edmonton, Alberta Jewish community, including Hadassah-WIZO, State of Israel Bonds, and the Edmonton Talmud Torah School. Also includes photographs of various families from the Edmonton, Alberta Jewish community and a Negev Dinner programme for her father, Hymie Sorokin.

Fonds consists of correspondence, preliminary work and research material relating to the novel Resignation, manuscripts of the novel and other miscellaneous material. Resignation dramatizes the issue of the relocation and seizure of property of Japanese Canadians during World War II.

The fonds consists of a scrapbook of stories and articles by Anne Woywitka (1956-1987), and a biography entitled "Bridging Two Worlds" about the Mandrusiak, Andruchiw (Andruski), and Woywitka families (1985).

Fonds consists mainly of administrative and financial records generated by the Society. The records include audited financial statements, financial reports, correspondence, donor's lists, programs, administrative records related to individual projects, bylaws, and the certificate of incorporation. The fonds also contains a collection of publicity materials, mostly newspaper clippings, related to the projects organized or supported by the AUCS, most notably the Children of Chornobyl Fund, a humanitarian initiative that provided aid for children in Ukraine.

The fonds consists of copied of articles and letters by Gilles Dignard, mostly relating to the Peace River area, predominantly for Le Franco.

The records relate to the political career of J. William Beaudry during 1917--1954 and include correspondence, newspaper clippings, historical notes and speeches, photocopies of Beaudry genealogy, election publications and lists, Alberta government publications, programmes, invitations, Alberta Social Credit Party publications, envelopes, and photographs.

The fonds consists of the following series: 1. Administrative (1996-2006). This series consists of minutes of Board meetings and Correspondance for the Society as well as other textual material. 2. Newsletter (1996-2006). This series consists of the newsletter, "Heritage/Yerusha" produced by the Society three times and mailed to its members and the Jewish Community at large. 3. Books (2000). This series consists of the book published by the Society, "The First Century of Jewish Life in Edmonton and Northern Alberta, 1893-1993." 4. Films (2004). This series consists of the film, "From Pedlars to Patriarchs: A Legacy Remembered," produced by the society. 5. Photographs (1996-2006). This series consists of photographs of Society members and functions. 6. Publicity (1996-2006). This series consists of newspaper and magazine articles and advertisements published by and about the Society.

The records are composed of personal diaries (1947--1987), personal correspondence (1927--1986), a notebook with natural diets and remedies, birth certificates and an annotated and indexed photo album.

The fonds pertains to Jessie Kisilevich's life and consists of photographs featuring a group of individuals at New Kiev circa 1930s, a wedding of a Bukonvinian couple near Hairy Hill in 1915, and Mrs. Kisilevich in costume for a play in 1926.
