Biographical history

Eric Bundy, 1925- , was born in Regina, Saskatchewan. He served in the Canadian Army during the Second World War, then worked for Simpson's department stores in Regina for 12 years. He then moved to Humboldt, Saskatchewan, where he worked for Saskatchewan Power. He took a correspondence course from the School of Creative Photography. He moved to Red Deer, Alberta in 1961 and opened a professional photography studio in his own home. He did portraits, school pictures, commercial work, and some news photography. He retired from the business in 1988, but continued to do photography as a volunteer for the Red Deer and District Archives and the Kerry Wood Nature Centre
