The fonds consists of materials created by the Saint John's School for boys in 1997. The fonds consists of the Athabasca Brigade 1997 Log Book and Trip Guide and a letter of thanks sent to camp hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Mike and Darlene Zelman. The log book holds GPS readings for locations on the Athabasca River. There is a good description of the Grand Rapids portage trail.

The fonds consists of 10 photograhs including Billy and Agatha's wedding, their children, the 1919 Fort McMurray Board of Trade, running the Grand Rapids, the SS Athabasca River in 1937, and the SS Northland Echo. There is also an audio cassette taped in 2003 of a conversation with Billy's daughter, Ellen Bishop; her daughter, Carol Yayechnick; and a nephew, William Loutit.
