The fonds consists of photographs of Athabasca houses and commercial buildings, Baptiste Lake, Cub Scouts, a 1956 play "Grand National Night", and aerial views of the Athabasca area. Also included is information on the Sacred Heart Hospital, a 1947 Gas Application and Contract between Fred Mills and Alberta Utilities, the buildings where Lloyd practiced law, a 1968 National Geographic river expedition that passed through Athabasca, 1977 Alberta Hospital Association newsletter, a sheet of Town of Athabasca letterhead from the 1980's, and 2 audio cassettes of interviews that Lloyd conducted with Charles Joseph Rayner Whiteley and Jefferson Davis Edwards in 1961. Subjects included on the Edwards cassette are: Amber Valley, Blacks, Entertainment, Farming, Freighting, J.W.Murphy, Pine Creek District, Pastor Sneed, and Toles School. Four interviews were conducted in 1977 as part of a social studies project. Nine interviews were conducted in April,1992 by an English 20 class. Thirteen people were interviewed by eleven students regarding their arrival in Athabasca, their careers, their values and retirement.
