History

Isaac "Charles" Heine, 1929-2010, was born in the Hague, Holland. He was trained at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts. He immigrated with his first wife, Rita, and daughter, Patricia, to Calgary, Alberta in 1960 and found work as a graphic artist at CFCN Television. Heine worked at the station for 32 years. Heine later married Elaine Dixson.
