The series consists of correspondence to and from local groups with whom the society operated such as the Eaglesham and District Recreation Board, the Eaglesham and District Agricultural Society, the Village of Eaglesham, Alberta Recreation and Parks and the Eaglesham School Drama Club.
The series consists of center activities: bookings and programs and advertisements for events, and records of two projects planned for the provincial 75th anniversary, a homecoming event and a picture booklet “Heritage in Pictures” .
The series consists of a summary of the history and usage of the building up to 1987, copy of the community interest survey, application for grants for renovations along with details and drawings and estimates of planned changes.

Also included are agreements with the village of Eaglesham regarding purchase of the land, a lottery licence application and the documents regarding the transfer of title when the land and building were sold.
The series consists of minutes of the organization from 1977-1995 with a closing note from the secretary in 1997, membership lists from 1980-86, and copies of membership cards.
