Includes a letter dated June 20,1874 from Owen Morris, Lieutenant Governor of the North West Territories, to Rev. John McDougall of Morleyville, Bow River, instructing McDougall to advise Indians of arrival and intentions of the North West Mounted Police, boundary commission and aims of the Queen
