2021 Residential schools public memorial photographs

Series consists of photographs of the public memorials by members of the St. Albert community at the St. Albert Healing Garden when the unmarked graves at the Kamloops Residential School came to light in Canada in 2021. Since this event, many other unmarked graves have been identified in many residential schools across Canada.

Occupation and exploration of Jasper National Park

These records cover the history of the occupation of what would become Jasper National Park, from the First Nations Shuswap and Metis peoples, the homesteader families (Moberly, Swift, etc.), and the first Park Wardens in Jasper.

Ora and Edith [Vader] Grimm

This series contains records related to the Grimm-Vader family after Ora and Edith Grimm’s marriage in 1943. The material is largely from Rycroft but also Nebraska, Spirit River, and Calgary. The records consist of photographs, cards, and personal documents. This series has been arranged into the following sub-series: Personal Papers (1908-2008), Farm and Business Papers (1927-1967), Photographs (1908-1990), and Family History (1872-2008).
