Fonds consists of the business records of the Botany Club and the Natural History Club including correspondence, membership lists, meeting announcements and annual reports. It also consists of two minute books for the Botanical Foray, the University Botany Club and the Natural History Club, minutes of the preliminary meeting of representatives of local societies interested in natural history, booklets pertaining to natural history, a Friends of the Garden newsletter from 1976, six photographs of flowers and 3 copies of photographs of the Edmonton Field Naturalists Club from 1907.
