The fonds consists of six photographs from Canada Day 1998 commemorating the 100th anniversary of Klondikers passing through Athabasca Landing on their way to Alaska, 9 photographs from the February, 1999 Collections Display; two invitations and one publication (00.04) and 10 photographs from the Trans Canada Relay 2000 gathering on the Athabasca riverfront; 7 photographs of the Society's tent and scow, July 1, 2002; Canada Millennium Partnership Program application; October, 1999 Site Planning Workshop notes; Alberta Forestry, Lands and Wildlife Reservation/Notation Application to protect the historical value of the Tomato Creek Settlement (grave sites) along the Peace River Trail, September 08, 1998; 1998 By-laws, 2008 By-laws, meeting minutes financial statements and correspondence for 1999-2006; and a newspaper clipping scrapbook, 1997-1999, a facsimile of newspaper "The Northern Light," Nov. 28 1908, and "Overland Route to the Klondike," 1998; 22.02, 23 watercolour sketches and notes for an indigenous plants signage series from Mike Gismondi via Paula Evans; 22.03 heritage signage program digital production files. 24.01: Friends of the Athabasca Train Station (FATS) research, history, correspondence, minutes, and grant applications. Trish and Charles Bazalgette were the primary authors.
