Fonds consists of these series: 1.School Attendance records (1896-1960) Consists of attendance registers for several district schools. 2. Minutes and newsletters (1892- 1994) Consists of minutes compiled in 1892-1896 by the original school trustees, minutes created by later school boards (1925- 1969), minutes of the Literary and Debating Society from 1916- 1941, and copies of the school district newsletters from 1988- 1994. 3. Yearbooks (1939- 1967) Series consists of yearbooks of various district schools. 4. Historical (1904- 1982) Consists of a history of the School District written in 1982; contents of the cornerstone boxes of Alexandra and King Edward Schools and other materials. 5. Photographs (1904-1952) Series consists of 10 photographs of various school buildings and activities.
