The fonds consists of one duplicate certificate of title for land located on SE Section 5, Township 74, Range 7, W6 , and a tax notice dated 1985. Accompanying the certificate was a note from Charles Gathercole mailed to Ed Gummer in 1951.

A copy of all records relating to game reports, league statistics, play off statistics, player statistics, schedules and league minutes were retained. Only duplicate copies of records were not retained.

Charlie and Winnie Moore fonds

The fonds consists of records belonging to Charlie Moore and his wife Winnie (DeBolt) Moore who homesteaded the land that the hamlet of DeBolt occupies and were very involved in the early community.

The fonds consists of the minutes of Club 54 general and executive meetings, annual membership lists, correspondence and circular communications detailing where the dances will be held, the conveners in charge, which bands will be playing, menus for the evening, and other details. There are also occasional records of those in attendance, and one financial ledger dating from 1980-1991.

The sous-fonds consists of Community Services Board minutes, minutes of sub committees, documents relating to the planning and construction of the Bowes Family Crystal Gardens, and photographs of recreation activities in the City of Grande Prairie ca. 1958-63. There is also a Journal of Receipts and Disbursements for the Grande Prairie Athletics Association, the self-supporting forerunner of the Parks and Recreation Board, and a copy of the 1971 City of Grande Prairie Recreation Master Plan.

The fonds consists of organizational documents, annual reports, correspondence, newsletters, posters, activity reports, hall booking register, and chronological files over 30 years of the Wanham Plowing Match. The Plowing Match files contain printed materials, planning documents, financial records, newsclippings, photographs and slides. There is also one film of the first match in 1971.

Dale Family Scrapbook fonds

The fonds consists of one scrapbook given to Mr. & Mrs. Ross Dale by friends and neighbours in Silton, Saskatchewan when the family moved from there in 1941.The scrapbooks consists of a program from the dedication of the Silton United Church window honoring the soldiers killed in WWI, the speech given at the Silton Memorial Window unveiling with a write up on each of the soldiers who it was dedicated to - Renwick W.H. Anderson, John & Thomas Ramsay, Eric Waterloo, Raynor Wright, George B. Flavell, W.J. Ross, Lieut. F. Atkinson and Comrade H.H. Williamson.and a financial statement from the church (1928); photographs of the building of the Silton Curling Rink (1936, 1937); Silton curling teams (1938-1941), a set of photographs from Winnipeg Special Operations Aviation Squadron in 1941, signatures, newspaper clippings of friends, family and events mosty in Silton, numerous obituaries, an invitation to the Boyd reunion, a letter from Betty (1980), a marriage certificate of William Norman Dale and Emma Greta Gee (1946) and a brief family history.

Some of the surnames that appear in the scrapbook are: Bonar, Beggs, Binnie, Burwash, Cowan, Burrows, Boyd, Kidd, Robertson, Shearing, Dale and place names are Vandura, Arcola, Brookside, Earl Grey, Marieton, Silton in Saskatchewan and Vancouver, B.C.

The fonds consists of research files, published copies, and correspondence regarding the planning and writing of five publications: "Across the Smoky," "Edson to Grande Prairie Trail," "DeBolt Country Club & Agricultural Society 60th Anniversary Book," "Sawmills Across the Smoky," and "Bridges to the Past." The fonds also includes records gathered by the Museum Society, for use in their publications and for other purposes, including original letters and documents, paper artefacts, maps, and photographs and negatives.

The fonds consists of records relating to the operation and activities of the DeBolt Beautification Society. The records include incorporation documents, annual reports, minutes, membership lists, grant records, tax records, two ledgers, financial records, correspondence, newsletters and events.
The records have been arranged by the Archivists by content and chronology into the various series. The Archivists imposed an over-all order while maintaining, as much as possible, the original order.
The records are divided into four series: Administrative Records, Financial Records, Correspondence, and Programs and Events.
