The collection consists of nine posters featuring advertisements for commercial products dating from the 1940s such as "Winchester Cigarettes", "Orange Crush", "Five Roses Flour", "Burns Shamrock Cooked Meats", and "Millbank Cigarettes".
The fonds consists of a panoramic photo of the entire 196th Battalion, a group portrait of Company A, and a snapshot of Eg Bowman and his mates; a letter from Eg to his aunt (1917); newsclippings about reunions of the Battalion; and letters to Eg from veterans of the Battalion.

This collection contains records pertaining to the annexation attempt of St. Albert by Edmonton between 1979-1981. Records include photographs and materials from anti-annexation events, Local Authorities Board hearing transcripts, and reports and studies on the proposed annexation.

Includes budgetary information (1980); itineraries, invitations, and tickets to events (1980); alumni lists (1980); Alberta 75 information which looks at the Alberta Government program that partially sponsored as well as provided some of the impetus for the event (1980); Jasper High School attendance records (1929-1940); the homecoming register of all previous graduates who attended the event; lists of Graduates (1920-1980); as well as photocopied newspaper clippings pertaining to alumni from over the years. Also consists of photographs taken at the reunion (1980) as well as photographs collected as mementos as part of the album project (1929-1980).
This fonds contains Don Sprague's records of the local organizing committee for the 1994 Canadian Figure Skating Championship. As chairman of the committee, Sprague's records include administrative and financial records, media information, promotional material, and event reports and summaries.
