The fonds consists of administrative and production files from 1980-1995. The fonds consists of these series: A. Administration (1980-1995). Series consists of founding documents, Board of Director's meeting minutes, financial statements, budgets, contracts, reports, business plans, and other materials related to the day to day operations of Chinook/ Fringe. B. Archives Binders (1980-1982). Contains materials archiving early Chinook productions. C. Design (1989). Series consists of set designs from various productions as well as ground plans for the Strathcona Bus Barns. Fringe (1982-1997) Series consists of budgets, correspondence, application forms, information sheets, posters, entry information files, publicity folders, and other materials related to the operation of Edmonton's Fringe Festival. E. Photographic Material (1993-1995) Consists of various photographs relating to the Fringe Festival. F. Production (1981-1997). Series consists of scripts, correspondence, promotional materials, publications and other materials relating to Chinook/ Fringe productions. H. School Tours (1978-1992). Contains evaluations and feedback from tours, correspondence, promotional materials, grants, brochures, and other materials related to school tours mounted by Chinook.
