Fonds consists of a copied oral history of Piotr Topczewski, a polish farmer in Hansen Corner, Alberta, conducted by Albert S. LaRue, copies of the Alberta citizens registration covenant dating ca. 1932, photographs depicting the Holy Family Seminary at St. Albert, Alberta, the first St. Albert city council, and various stores and hotels in Edmonton, St. Albert, Athabasca, Alberta, dating 1900-1908. It includes also a photograph of the store (built 1908) owned by Segismond and Theodore LaRue in Winterburn and the residence of Theodore LaRue (built 1913), with Athala LaRue in doorway.

Fonds consists mainly of administrative and financial records generated by the Society. The records include audited financial statements, financial reports, correspondence, donor's lists, programs, administrative records related to individual projects, bylaws, and the certificate of incorporation. The fonds also contains a collection of publicity materials, mostly newspaper clippings, related to the projects organized or supported by the AUCS, most notably the Children of Chornobyl Fund, a humanitarian initiative that provided aid for children in Ukraine.

Alexander (Scotty) Hamilton Murray fonds

The fonds consists of photographs of Scotty Murray, dignitaries from various bands, scenes in Gleichen and other locations, and various members of the bands that Scotty worked with. Textual records include reports, minutes, and regulations drafted or used by Scotty in his work with the Four Bands and other administrative areas of responsibility.

The fonds consists of the transcript of the unpublished novel La grande épinettière. Récit du Nord-Ouest canadien, by Alex Michelet, and four b&w photographs taken on the trail to La Calmette and at the family farm in Alberta. The novel depicts the life of a young teacher who establishes herself in a small community at Grande Coulée (today, Big Coulee) at the beginning of the Twentieth century and the life of French homesteaders in Alberta.

The fonds consists of interviews by Alice Trottier with Franco-Albertan pioneers, and with Julien LeBlanc, E.O. Druin, and Maurice Lavallée (ca. 12 hours of recordings), a photocopy of a map from 1888, eight photographs of Mgr. Legal, Filles de Jésus sisters and buildings; personal papers and administrative papers of the Salon d'histoire franco-albertaine.

The fonds consists of ten images, dating 1884 to 1919, relating to Plamondon, Alberta, and depicting various members of the Plamondon family (including Joseph Plamondon), settlers, the first election, fishing, soap making, farming, plowing, buildings, and a wedding photograph. There is also a booklet, 1908--1958: Jubilé d'Or, Plamondon, Golden Jubilee.
