The fonds consists of a copy of the incorporation certificate and by-laws; 1985-2003 meeting minutes, financial statements, membership lists and correspondence; 1985 Talent Night program 86.12, 1988 Fire Trust Fund to assist families who were burnt out in the Ferguson area fire; 1991, 1993-1995, 2004 and 2007 VHS tapes, and 2003-2007 DVCs of the Harvest Gold Fiddle Contest. Also included is 6.5 cm of information regarding the origin and development of the annual Fiddle Contest from 1978 to 2010.
