The fonds consists of biographies of Eddie and Rosana written by their son, Isreal; marriage, birth and other certificates for Eddie and Rosana; and a scrapbook chiefly about Eddie Shank's agricultural competitions and the boxing prowess of his sons. Rosana Shank is one of several seniors talking on an audio cassette. There are 4 photographs of Lida (Shank) Loxam, her husband, Ed, and their daughter, Doreen, as well as a few articles about Doreen in the RCMP.

The fonds consists of material found in the former Anglican Church rectory. It consists of a photograph and article on Mrs. Rhoda Mainsford Hanney of England who assisted with the Anglican Boys Hostel in the late 1930s; a photograph and article on Miss Jane Clough of England who gave money to help build the Boys and Girls Hostels in Athabasca, and a photograph of the First Athabasca Wolf Cub Pack in [1959]. The Cub leaders were : J. Dexter Champion and Rev. Jack Gibbons. The cubs are : Jim Ashacker, ? The fonds consists of photographs of Athabasca citizens and scenes; the program for the second annual bonspiel of the Athabasca Curling Club; the prize list for the Athabasca and District Agricultural Association, 1918; the programme for the opening of Athabasca Public School in Feb., 1914; the deed of sale of Mr. Falconer's share of Athabasca Funeral Supply Co.to Harvey Cull in 1919; a mallet used for caulking scows; an Indian bead work moccasin and glove.
