The fonds consists of the business administrative records of the Millet Tourism Committee as well as records documenting their participation with the Edmonton Regional Tourism Group, Alberta Visitor Information Providers and the Battle River Alliance for Economic Development.

The Archives General File is an artificial collection of accessions which do not constitute separate fonds or collections or cannot be placed within existing fonds or collections. Included in the collection are textual records of many types, such as manuscripts, reports, letters, diaries, speeches, poetry, plans and others; photographs in the form of prints, negatives, transparencies, albums, postcards, etc. sound recorded interviews and programmes; and motion pictures. Material pertains broadly to the Banff area and many other areas within the Archives collecting mandate. Notable items include: Walter Wilcox letter; George Kinney report; interviews with Bill Round and Edward Feuz; original copy of Treaty Number Seven; Mary Schaffer material, including letters, notes, photograph and report; reports on the Nakimu Caves; film pertaining to Banff Winter Carnival; Georgia Engelhard letters and photos; plans for buildings and structures; George Noble photograph; W. S. Park photograph.

Collection includes a variety of items collected by the Whytes. Two albums include views of personalities, places, winter sports and other events, wildlife and scenic views at Banff and area, ca.1915-1925. Most views were made with Kodak 3A camera and at least some are attributed to Dan McCowan and George Paris. Third album is mainly scenes in Yoho National Park; includes numbered, annotated prints (perhaps postcards). Other items in collection include: manuscript, "The Canadian Rockies" by A. P. Coleman, n.d. letter, by T. Zouave to R. G. Brett, 1917; Park Hotel account book, Banff, 1906-1907, with records of Canmore house project, 1968-1969; receipt, 1919, and letter, 1966, re piano owned by Norman Luxton and Iva Smith; plan for CPR stop-over log cabin at Sunshine Valley, 1927; signatures of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, n.d.. Canadian Jr. [ski] champions from Alberta [poster], 1962.

The fonds consists of a letter Ida wrote to her relatives in the USA in 1962, 15 photographs of Dunvegan Mission, Spirit River, Ave and Ida Winchell and their homes on the farm and in Spirit River, Wesminister United Church in Spirit River and the Grande Prairie Kathryn Prittie Hospital.

The fonds consists of 22 photographs William took in the summers of 1913 and 1915 while he was working on a survey crew in the Peace River country, and copies of 5 letters he wrote to his mother during the summer of 1915. An accrual consists of a biography of William written by daughter, Jean McLellan Pardo and a story witten by Jean based on family memories.

The fonds consists of a collection of photographs donated by the Bezanson family when the Bezanson Towsite became an historical site ca. 1986; and a collection found in a Seattle rooming house in the 1970s. There is some duplication in the collection. They include photographs of Bezanson’s first trip into the Peace Country in 1906, their homestead on the Smoky River from 1908-1913, his 1913 trip over the Edson Trail in a 1912 Cadillac with an Edmonton Realtor named Davidson, the creation of the hamlet of Bezanson at the junction of the Smoky and Simonette Rivers, and a collection of Peace Country scenes dating from 1910 to 1930.

Fonds consists of organizational records including photographs, brochures, correspondence and other documents which are divided into five series [see General Notes]. Content pertains to the Trail Riders of the Canadian Rockies, including the organization's history, members and staff, trail rides and other events, publications and advertising, finances, and administration.

Collection consists of 17th to 20th century English manuscript records and publications that were collected by Mount Royal University professor Diana Patterson. The collection contains a wide variety of personal, legal, financial, and religious records including: diaries, travel journals, correspondence, wills, commonplace books, transcriptions of philosophical and literature texts, poetry, and sermons. Patterson intended the collection to be used to teach English and History students about paleography, scholarly editing, primary source research methods, and the history of the book.

The fonds includes articles, certificates, correspondence, scrap books, journals, cards, postcards, programs, drafts, publications, magazines, reminisces, booklets, and a screenplay that cover the life of the Mays and individual family members. Subjects of photographs, negatives, slides, and CDs include aviation, the First World War, family life, Vi’s horse riding career, friends, travels, Boy Scouts, ceremonies, and reminisces.

The fonds consists of records that were created and maintained by Gerald S. Anderson which document his careers, interests and hobbies, covering the period of the late 1890’s to 1999. The photographs and negatives cover his travels through Canada, the United States and Europe as well as the Anderson family and Gerald's army training unit.
