The fonds consists of records of the Alberta Estonian Heritage Society including membership lists, photographs of members and events organized by the society, minute meetings, financial records, and copies of their newsletter, Ajakaja. The fonds also includes materials relating to the construction of their informational website, "Alberta's Estonian Heritage", the production of their documentary "Alberta's Estonians", and the creation of the illustrated book "The Story of Alberta's Estonians." The fonds includes one series: Education records, which includes correspondence, reports, newsletters and minutes, relating to the AFA's membership in educational organizations, such as the Alberta Educational Council and the Alberta Adult Education Association.

Asset Ledgers (1955-82), Customer Ledger (1950-60), Accounts Payable Ledger (1929-59); images of various scenes at Alberta Foundry and Machine Co., Canadian Farm Implements, Connaught School, and Sarnia Ranch.
