Subseries consists of material related to the promotion of Action Poetry ’94. The contents included promotional material, correspondence on the filming and potential TV broadcast of performances, and with CBC Radio’s “Morningside”, as well as correspondence regarding an unrealized performance to be held as part of the Banff Centre's Playbill concert series.

Subseries consists of news clippings collected by Dennekamp, which relate to her interest in women in music.
The series consists of photographs of members used for the 1961 Slave Day fundraiser, regular supper meetings at local restaurants such as Heidi’s Restaurant; awards and new executives at Installation Night in June; special events such as the K-40 banquet in 1975; and initiation of new members. An accrual in 2012 includes a photograph of the members in 1968-69.

The sub-series consists of a printed copy of From a Log Shack to the Halls of Academia, the memoirs of Dr. Kozar which detail his childhood and teenage years. Incomplete at the time of his death, the memoirs end ca. 1950.

This sub-series consists of a small photo album of Bezanson School District 3302, where Phyllis taught in 1946-1948; a hand-written yearbook from Five-Mile Creek School for 1948-1949, with photographs and biographies of each student in the school; and letters, poems and stories written by her school children; a Social Studies project with hands-on demonstration for the children of how sheep contribute to the economy, which was done for University Credit while Phyllis was teaching at Ridgevalley; and 23 additional photographs showing classes, teachers, schools and school projects from Phyllis’ years of teaching.
