Subseries consists of photographic prints, mainly of Southam. Includes posed studio portraits, as well as publicity photos, and photos of dancers from a collaboration Southam was involved in.

Phyllis Stewart Memoirs

The sub-series consists of a the memoirs of Phyllis Stewart, written in three parts. The first story is called "the Memories of a Prairie Child" and covers the period from 1931-1936, her childhood in Consort, Alberta and the move to Ferintosh. The background for the story is the Eaton House in which they lived, but many other subjects are also covered: family, farming, food, the Depression. The second section is called "From There to Hear" and covers the years from 1936-1947 when Phyllis was in high school and university and starting in her first school. The third section, titled "A Mixture of Life" is about the years from 1947 to the present, and covers marriage, farming, teaching, raising children, being on county council, retirement and all the vagaries of life that complicate matters.

Pierre Lozeron subseries

The sub-series consists of early school and employment records; a small notebook of notes and accounts during his immigration to America in 1910 and his return to Switzerland in 1959; exemptions from military service in WWI; various registration and membership certificates; records of his trip back to Switzerland in 1959, including a speech made there about his life as a pioneer in Canada; copies of news clippings on the life of Pierre and Jean Lozeron; and a series of letters written in the last few years of his life, reflecting his struggles with ailing health.

Pioneers of the Peace Portraits

The sub series consists of b & w portraits of individuals associated with the history of the Peace River Country of Alberta: Henry Monkman, Chester Ronning, Euphemia McNaught, Erich Anderson, P.V. Croken, Mr. & Mrs. Max Zimmerman, Mr. & Mrs. D.O. Hanson, Morley Sherk, Scotty Ross, Jack McLean, Otto Kuhn, Father Lane and Father Neil Corbett (and their contemporary Redemptorists), Grant MacEwan, Dr. Andrew Murray, and Robert Guest. These portraits were taken by Frank Kozar during the 1980s, presumably on visits to the Grande Prairie area.

Planning & Props subseries

The sub-series consists of instructions for the customers regarding appropriate clothing, appearance and behaviour during photo shoots, instructions for the photographer for classical positions in wedding portraits, and invoices for props used during photo shoots.
