The fonds consists of a short biography of Jean Hill's life, three letters from 1938, 1945 and 1946 relating to her teaching, reports from the Inspector or Superintendent of Schools from 1940-1945, bulletins and other printed material from the Correspondence School, 1954-1977, teaching material in mathematics 1941, 1943, and from an unknown year and Teech Speek (newsletter) 1974-1979, published by ATA local 64-Alberta Correspondence School.

Manoly R. Lupul fonds

The fonds consists of the personal and professional correspondence of Dr. Manoly R. Lupul (1950-2008) including materials relating to his teaching career at the University of Alberta, numerous published materials related to his activities, and photographs and slides (1932-2007). There are also two smaller series within the fonds. The first series consists of materials created and collected by Lupul during his time on the Canadian Consultative Council on Multiculturalism, including various newsletters and other publications produced by the council relating to the official policy of Multiculturalism and its inclusion in the Canadian Constitution (1972-1997). The seconds series consists of materials created and collected by Lupul during his time as the director, and afterwards, of the Canadian Institute for Ukrainian Studies, mainly consisting of the Canadian Institute for Ukrainian Studies newsletter (1976-2008).

Researchers will find information regarding his interests in the constitutional rights of the francophones outside Quebec; materials he used for teaching; audio and video recordings, and other documents created over a span of 30 years. Most of the files have the original titles given by their creator. The fonds also include some photographs of personalities of the French community in Alberta, like Dr. Joseph Boulanger, J.-Harry Tremblay, and Dr. Jean-Louis Petitclerc.
