The fonds consists of photographs, books, typescript articles and speeches, programs, and news clippings concerning the Famous Five and other feminists, history of the Red Deer District, the Methodist Church in Canada, and other subjects. Includes letters from Father J. A. Normandeau and J. A. Bannerman; a copy of Leonard Gaetz's report on farming conditions near Red Deer (1890); John R. Kerr's history of Alhambra, Alberta; photocopy of Leonard Gaetz's homestead application (1887); letter from the Department of Interior concerning a land dispute between Gaetz and S. M. Bannerman (1888); brochures for Red Deer Municipal Hospital (1934) and the Old Morley Church restoration (1952); letters from Henry Stelfox (1958-1960); and the first issue of the Annie L. Gaetz Elementary School newspaper (1965). The fonds is arranged into the following five series: writings, Reverend Leonard Gaetz, social activities of Annie L. Gaetz, correspondence, and photographs.

(Ethel) Morrisroe that give details of her involvement in various Women's Institutes in Central Alberta, including the Alberta Women's Institute, Federated Women's Institute and Associated Country Women of the World organizations. Ethel Morrisroe was Vice-President of the Alberta Women's Institute in 1969 -- 1973 and President from 1973 - 1975. The fonds include handbooks and conference booklets the Women's Institute organizations, personal artifacts, including anniversary cards and invitations, personal notes, parts of a scrapbook, and blank Women's Institute cards, and a large assortment of photographs, newspaper clippings and a history book.
