The fonds consists of correspondence; manuscripts of books and short stories (Searchlights, Van Ymuiden Millions, The Salvation Pirate, Yokohama Pirates, A Tonic in the North); manuscript of poem, "The Broken Men"; newspaper articles largely pertaining to adventures in western Canada and Alaska (British Columbia First Nations, Rocky Mountain Club, Kootenay district of British Columbia, Muir Glacier, Skeena murder trials and stories, Behring Sea fur seals, NWMP tales, Klondike gold rush, trip across Canada, etc.); and a compilation of information on the history of the Legion of Frontiersmen of the Commonweath. Also includes photographs of NWMP posts visited by Pocock.
The fonds consists of records pertaining to the operations of the Edmonton Art Gallery. The fonds includes correspondence, minutes, invitations, scrapbooks, clippings, finances, guest books, reports, photographs, and issues of the Gallery's publications. The fonds also consists of records from the Blow Condell family who donated money to build the Edmonton Art Gallery in 1962.
Fonds consists of business and personal correspondence, research material, book manuscripts (most published between 1975 and 1990), appointment diaries, photographs and speeches. Also includes articles on G. MacEwan, book reviews, material honouring G. MacEwan and other miscellaneous material. Accession 891/12.8 includes various media that relate to the personal life of G. MacEwan: 2 photograph albums of 'Pioneer Agricultural Scenes' and 'Canadian Livestock'; 3 diaries kept by G. MacEwan, 1902-1931, 1931-1950, 1958-1966; 3 scrapbooks and 3 files containing research, notes and clippings relating to various issues of interest to MacEwan; the diary of Phyllis Cline, 1932-1953.
This fonds consists of song books and sheet music, ranging from 1893 to 1960. It also includes stationery eraser guides marked “John Underwood & Co.” and three Klondike coins.
The photographs include her father William M. Jones at the Rat Creek incinerator, including an interior of the incinerator.

The fonds consists of copies of Spirit of the Peace newsletters; written descriptions, photographs and pamphlets collected on three tours of the Peace Country sponsored by Spirit of the Peace in 1990-1991; oral history tapes made for the Treaty 8 display and kit in 1999; and publications promoting the museums and activities of the group.
The fonds consists of materials created or collected by Hazel McCuaig. It includes correspondence, a scrapbook collection containing news clippings on members of the Northern Alberta Pioneers' and Old Timers' Association and other prominent people and places in Alberta's history, brochures and programs relating to historical groups and cultural events in Edmonton and Strathcona. The photographs include the Rutherford home, Edmonton and district buildings, events, family members and friends as well as a military panorama (EA-82, EA-10-353, EA-10-2251). There are also maps and books on Edmonton and one watercolour drawing of McKay Avenue School (EAA-92-1).
