La série administration est divisée en cinq sous séries, comprenant : Membres, Exécutif, Conseils généraux, Bureau des présidents, et Personnel. La série Procès-verbaux est divisée en trois sous séries, comprenant : Congrès/Assemblées générales annuelles, Réunions, et Rond Point. La série Autres organismes est divisée en deux sous séries, comprenant : Intérieur de l'Alberta et Extérieur de l'Alberta. La série Histoire a une sous série appelée Personnalités. Le fonds comprend treize sous fonds. Frank Oliver Family fonds

The fonds consists of records related to the professional activities of the family including correspondence, memorandum, addresses, speeches, and photographs. In particular these records document Frank Oliver's professional activities as Minister of the Interior and as the editor of the Edmonton Bulletin, Rose Oliver's professional work with the Hospital Auxiliaries Association, John Oliver's journalistic and musical activities, and Allan Oliver's military career. The fonds also includes personal records created by the family such as diaries, photographs, musical compositions, notebooks, and financial records. In particular, these records document Frank Oliver's interest in historical writing. Additionally, the fonds contains commemoratory records collected by the family such newspaper clippings, publications, sheet music, articles, telegrams, cards, certificates. The records also document the achievements, births, and deaths of the Oliver Family. The fonds dates from 1881 -- 1979.

Gary Dickson fonds

The fonds consists of the records created and received by Gary Dickson in both his capacity as a political party member of the Liberal Caucus and also as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the riding of Calgary Buffalo. The records are both provincial and local in geographic scope. Gary Dickson was the only Liberal MLA serving in the Calgary region in the late 1990's and therefore he found his area of representation grew to encompass a larger area than his elected constituency of Calgary Buffalo. The fonds has been divided into two series accordingly: Liberal Caucus series; and Calgary Buffalo constituency series.

(Arthur LeRoy) Smith (as well as the Progressive Conservative leader George Drew), issued by the Calgary West Progressive Conservative Association and a Rural Preliminary list of electors for the Electoral District of Calgary East, Rural Polling Division No. 58, Big Rock.

George Prudham fonds

The fonds consists of materials acquired by Georgeen Barrass including copied images featuring former Lieutenant Governors of Alberta Dr. R.G. Brett and George W. Egbert during the 1910s to 1930s, and two blueprints featuring plans for a Canadian Pacific Railways Station in Edmonton in 1912.

Gordon Taylor fonds

The fonds consists of material used, maintained, and created by Gordon Taylor while serving as Minister of Highways from 1958-2967, as a Member of Parliament for the Progressive Conservatives dating from 1979 to 1988, and as the Social Credit MLA for Drumheller constituency. The fonds also consists of records from the real estate and insurance businesses Taylor purchased in Drumheller in 1946, and from “Camp Gordon,” which he organized and ran from 1932-1966. Types of records in the fonds include copies of House of Commons proceedings; and office files consisting of research notes, clippings, conference packages, correspondence, speeches, addresses, maps, and photographs. Subjects discussed in the files include abortion, religion, First Nations, immigration, rural Alberta, transportation, natural resources, utilities, and labour and unions.
