The fonds consists of material used, maintained, received and created by the Canadian Labour Congress, Edmonton Sub-regional Office including reports and minutes from conventions; daily journals of Henry Tomaschuk, general representative of the CLC; council minutes; financial statements; pamphlets; news releases; conference reports and minutes; correspondence and agreements between the CLC and other local, international and federal unions; correspondence and agreements between the CLC and companies and organizations. The fonds dates from 1954 to 1983.

The fonds consists of minutes, correspondence, financial materials, editors notes, graphic files, ad sales and subscriber information. There are also copies of the two magazines, The Canadian Lutheran (February 1936 -- July 1977) and Canadisch Lutherisches Kirchenblatt (February 1936 -- December 1959).
The fonds consists of a conference program; sound recordings (and some transcripts) of papers given at the 1987 conference, including the Mormon Folk Culture Festival which was part of the conference; and a CKUA Cultural Crossroads radio program, compiled from interviews with Brigham Y. Card, John Foster and Maureen Beecher.
The fonds consists of architectural plans and drawings of CPR hotels, chalets and camps (1901-1954, mainly 1926-1930); photographs of construction, fire damage and reconstruction of Palliser Hotel, Banff Springs Hotel and Chateau Lake Louise (1911-1953); and specifications of materials and work for Hotel Vancouver addition (ca. 1901).
The fonds consists of daily account books, partially in Italian (1951-1953), pay roll ledger (1958-1971), expropriation documents (1969, 1971), Celso's income tax return (1971), and Elsie Perusini's English notebook (1931-1932).
