The Frontiersmen fonds consists of executive records (1964-1999), membership records (1961-2001), financial records (1962-1998), activities scrapbooks (1961-1996), correspondence, Ladies Auxiliary (1974-1981), and records from associated organizations of the Alberta Provincial Command and the Canadian Division of Frontiersmen.

The fonds consists of one Royal Canadian Air Force Pilot’s Log Book recording training, duty and teaching activities from 1942-1945 and containing documents such as a Pilot’s Responsibility form and Certificate of Proficiency; a Statement of War Service Gratuity from the Department of National Defence, War Service Badge permission card; Personnel Counselling Report from the Air Force; and an Honourable Release Certificate from the Air Force.

This fonds contains records related to Walters’ war service, his farm, and teaching experience.

These records consist of one black and white photograph, nd, 1 notebook, 4 Weekly Farm Record and Journal of Receipt and Expenses, 1 cloth bound journal, a Dispersal Certificate, a Discharge Certificate, and 1 journal page for April 1925.

The fonds consists of 13 early photographs of picnics, parades, and gatherings with friends, Mr. Ryley's involvement with Grande Prairie Municipal Hospital Board, the return of the Fifth Anti-Tank Regiment celebration featuring the new Governor General, Field Marshall Earl Alexander, and 2 photographs of Louise Ryley Travis with former Grande Praire friends in Calgary. Also included are 8 post cards of Grande Prairie and area.

The fonds consists of personal papers and photographs belonging to members of the Lunde family. The fonds includes a 1927 Norweigian passport issued to Marie Bernfine Jorgensen Lunde, Olaf Lunde's 1941 National War Services Regulations (Recruits), Olaf Lunde's 1952 car insurance policy, the County of Grande Prairie's 1960 Auditor's Financial Statement and Annual Report of the Agricultural Service Board addressed to Jorenson O. Lunde, the 1961 United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative Limited List of Members and Nomination Paper Sub-District "G-31", and a Christmas card and note sent in 1979 from Olaf to J. Lunde at LaGlace.

The fonds also includes thirteen photographs believed to be of or have been sent to the Lunde family, although some of them may be Postman family photographs, since the two collections were mixed together at one point. The photographs include school, family, and wedding portraits, a platoon photograph, and photographs of family members and houses.

The records have been separated from the Postman family records (see fonds 515) and arranged in chronological order by the Archivist.

The fonds consists of copies of news articles related to family members, clubs that Marie was involved in, sports news, and news of the local boys during WWII, the obituary and copy of the tribute at her funeral; and photographs and booklets related to her involvement in the Stagette Club.

The fonds consists of five photograph albums documenting the life of Marion Hill, including her childhood in Beaverlodge and White Rock, B.C.; her life as a young adult in Beaverlodge, White Rock and Victoria; her teaching career in Beaverlodge and Victoria; and her life as an Navy WREN from 1944-1946. The papers include a series of Grade 9 High School Entrance examinations in mathematics, science, health education, english language and literature, and general knowledge; and brochures from musical and dramatic events from 1975-1979 which were preserved by her daughter.

The fonds consists of ten photographs relating to Martha Jensen's career in the Royal Canadian Air Force, Women's Division. They include two of her in uniform, six taken at Linton Air Base, and two of the work of demobilization.

The fonds consists of the original certificate of Warrant from the Navy League of Canada, attendance records for the Mic Mac Corps from 1961 to 1971, a manual titled "The Regulations for the Administration of Navy League Cadet Corps", and another manual titled "Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Manual". The latter manual is for the Sea Cadets, which was an older group than the Navy Cadets.

The fonds consists of a soldier’s service book and pay book for the Canadian Army for 1944-1945; and one account book with 15 pages of records of accounts payable and receivable. Accounts are related to homesteading and agriculture.
