Ethel and Charlie Miller fonds

Fonds consist of journals written by Ethel covering the years of 1969-1997. Photo albums were created by Ethel relating to their horsepacking trips, Charlie's art, Miller's Industrial Maintenance Ltd. and one labelled "Work and Play". The fonds also consists of correspondence including a letter from Sherrit Gordon Mines Limited announcing the release of five-cent pieces in 1962 and letters congratulating Charlie on his numerous awards for his paintings. Other items in the collection include: certificates earned by Ethel during her career years, newspaper clippings and numerous hockey programs and photos reflecting Charlie's love of hockey. Books included in the fonds reflect the local history of Hinton.

At the time, Rosina was already married/engaged to Ray and had applied to come to Canada.
