The records contain scrapbooks of newspaper articles assembled by Carveth on a variety of topics including family, pioneers, local events, sports, general news, and cancer; copies of the first issue of the Tattler publication; twelve photographs taken around the Grande Prairie area or of events in which local residents participated; and a certificate of appreciation from the Grande Prairie and District Old Timers' Association.

There are also some copies of placemats used at the Old-Timers' Banquets, two over-sized posters, one listing the executive members over the years and one listing the scholarship donors and recipients; and a photograph album (ca. 1910-1915) containing photographs from the collection of W.D. Albright.

Grant family fonds

The fonds consists of certificates from family members over three generations, letters from Ada McKeage to John Grant during their courtship, photographs of the Grant children, diaries and financial records from Alice Mary Short, and miscellaneous cards and letters. Included in the collection are the records of St. Andrew’s Women’s Auxiliary from Gladys, Alberta, dating from 1913-1923, for whom Mrs. McKeage was the secretary.
