Hosie, a typed transcript of personal reminiscence written by her mother Adelaide Connors about the Frank slide, and photographs depicting the McLaren Mill Company in Blairmore, a school located west of Rimbey, and Villa Gearning, who worked at McLaren Mill Company.

Jackson Brothers fonds

The fonds consists of one book "Edmonton's - Alberta's Capital 1914" co-published by The Esdale Press Limited and McDermid Engraving Co. Ltd in 1914 and one scrapbook of the history of the family jewellery business. The scrapbook contains 10 photographs of family members, the store, and various well-known pieces that were produced by the business. As well as photographs there are also pencil and ink sketches, the majority of which are initialled by Joseph H. Jackson, for a number of individual pieces. This includes drawings for: a presentation casket presented to Edmonton mayor James A. McDougall upon his retirement; the trowel used by Governor General Earl Grey in the laying of the foundation of the Legislature Buildings in Edmonton in 1909; a number of military lapel and shoulder pins for Edmonton's 66 and 202 battalions; and also other pin, medal and honour designs for a variety of different groups and organizations in Alberta. Also included are the indenture of J. H. Jackson from Toronto in 1881 when he entered the jewellery field and became an apprentice engraver with the R. W. Ellis company, the business partnership agreement between the three brothers, and the agreement for the sale of their original business in 1906 in Toronto, Ontario to one Thomas E. Wrenshaw.

James and Amos Mann fonds

The fonds consists of records related to Amos Mann's work with the Woodland Dairy Ltd. including a price list for Woodland Dairy dating circa 1941. The fonds also includes photographs owned by Amos Mann featuring Edmonton in the 1940s. The fonds also reflects James Mann's career with the Canadian National Railways and includes certificates, manuals, forms, photographs, a history of Northern Alberta Railways line, instruction manuals, wage tables, gazetteer and shippers directory, freight car types, a telephone directory, equipment registers, and a system map dating from 1951 to 1990. In addition the fonds includes James Mann's high school yearbooks from Strathcona Composite High School dating from 1945/46 and 1948/49, a price list from California Confection Store located on Whyte Ave, Edmonton in the 1940s, and booklet from the opening celebrations of the Francis Winspear Centre for Music in Edmonton, Alberta dating from 1997.

Jean Léon Côté fonds

Fonds consists of biographical materials, land survey records, provincial election papers, appointment to the Senate records, family and professional correspondence, maps and photographs. Three original photos were returned to the donor; a copy negative of each of these photographs was produced for use by the Provincial Archives of Alberta before the return of the photos to the donor.
