The fonds consists of a 1922 letter from the Grosmont Municipal District regarding quarantine regulations for scarlet fever: two store receipt books for 1947-1948; and municipal tax receipts for 1955, 1956 and 1959. There are four calendars from local stores and the Aug.4, 2005 issue of Western Producers Western People which has an article on the Major family "100 Century Farm". Allan James tax receipt for 1927 is included.

The fonds consists of photographs with the following subject headings: Max Beeton, Curtis's Store, Island Lake, Clifford and Evelyn McCue's house, Dora McCue's house, Bert Robbins, Irene Robbins, sawmill, Emanuel Schadeck's barn, and Mr. and Mrs. Charlie (Buzz) Simmons. There is also a framed photograph of the ferry road on the north side of the Athabasca River.

The fonds consists of 28 photographs collected by Don Stephenson of a [1927] Edmonton-Athabasca-Peace River Highway motor tour; pictures of Athabasca buildings; and the 1944 flood. The Athabasca buildings include: All Saints Anglican Church, Imperial Bank of Canada, Grand Union Hotel, Municipal Hospital, Public School, and views of Skinner Street and Wood Avenue, Baptiste Lake, ferry, cable cage and grain elevators.

The fonds consists of family history compiled by Jim Martin, and letters sent to and from the Doty and Martin families. The neighbours with whom they corresonded are John and Michael Angelo, George and Mary Sauer, Tom Plumley, Mrs. E. O'Neal and Mrs. R. Whiteley. The photographs include subjects: fishing at Flat Creek, Doty homestead, and maps of the Doty homestead and nearby settlement.

There is also a certificate for 10 shares purchased in Athabasca Clay Products in November, 1967.
