Correspndence for 1938 to 1943 has evidence of Rochester East School as part of the Pembina School District #37 and includes 1939, 1940 and 1942 superintendent's reports. Correspondence from 1943 onward has evidence of Rochester East School as part of the Athabasca School District #42. Financial records cover 1937-1946. Also included are the 1931 Alberta School Act with amendments for 1935, 1938 and 1939 and addresses from the 1944 Alberta School Trustees Association convention. An undated Rochester East School District voters list for electing trustees completes the collection. The artifact is the Rochester East School District stamp and ink pad.
