Fonds consists mainly of photographs in three sub-series: A. Photograph albums, 1906-1958, 3 items, pertaining to the Park family, friends, activities and travels; Alpine Club of Canada camps, mountain trips and scenic views; world travels; Harry Pollard and his family. Albums were compiled and annotated by Hetty Park. B. Prints, ca.1920-ca.1960, ca.300 items, including William S. Park photographs, Park family photographs and other. Prints pertain mainly to Alpine Club of Canada camps. C. Negatives, ca.1960, ca.150 items, pertaining mainly to Hetty Park's world travels. Textual records include notebook, address book, greeting cards, postcards Mexican hotel brochure, and letters. Letter, 1933, is to a Mrs. Simpson from Mrs. A. L. Onslow of the Society for the Protection of Wild Flowers and Plants (England). Notebook includes addresses and geology and mineralogy notes. Letter is accompanied by three posters and five items of print material, all pertaining to the protection of wild flowers and plants. Accompanied by a calling card engraving plate in the name of Miss Hetty Park (retained in M437)

Kreg Sky fonds

Fonds consists primarily of sound recordings and photographs from Kreg Sky's oral history project "Guides and outfitters of the Canadian Rockies." Recordings are forty-four interviews pertaining to guides and outfitters who worked in the Rocky Mountains of Alberta and British Columbia between 1911 and 1972, with a focus on personalities who worked outside of the national parks between 1910 and the Second World War. Fonds also includes notes (8 p.) describing the human history of the Cline and Brazeau Rivers and watersheds, formerly a portion of the White Goat Wilderness area. An edited version of these notes forms part of Sky's MA thesis, 1975.
