The fonds consists of: a Red Cross blood donor certificate given to Roy Woollven for giving 20 donations of blood ([ca. 1955]); a St. Barnabas Anglican Church cookbook in aid of the Organ Fund (1913); The Canadian Red Cross manual for Home Care Nursing Classes (undated); Red Cross certificate issued to Mrs. R. W. Woollven of Suffield, for completing all of the offered courses of the Department of Home Nursing, Alberta Divison (undated); framed document issued by the Government of Canada in gratitude to Corporal Roy Walter Woollven for Devotion to Duty as a Member of Canada's Reserve Army, 1939-1945; rolled memorial scroll issued to honour Pte. C. H. Woollven, 552817, 8th Battalion Canadian Infantry (Manitoba Regiment), son of Mrs. F.C. Woollven of Medicine Hat, who died of his wounds April 15, 1917 at the age of 22 years. His grave is located at Aubigny Communal Cemetery in France (undated); 83 photographs of members of the Veteran's Guard, various views of Medicine Hat, Alderson (Carlstadt), the Woollven family, and the Police Point Barracks.
