Ward-Marcy family fonds

The fonds consists of 28 family photographs, 16 pages of family history and 10-8mm film reels containing a record of the Marcy family activities including home and family, camping and boating, a group picnic at Kleskun Hills, a trip to the Bennett Dam under construction and Kinuso Falls, an Elks Club convention, the TeePee Creek Stampede, and loading lumber at the lumber mill. A VHS recording shows clips from the 8 mm films.

Welcome Wagon Club fonds

The fonds consists of one scrapbook chronicling Welcome Wagon activities from 1965 to 1972 and containing membership lists, newsclippings, photographs, cards and letters from appreciative club members, meeting announcements, posters from fund-raisers, and correspondence regarding their involvement with the Peace School of Hope and the Patterning Project. A separate file contains Club Calendar announcements from 1970.

The fonds consists of a 1977-1979 schedules, final Wheat Belt League Standings, lists of players from the teams: Sexsmith Rainiers, Peace River "Stampeders", Beaverlodge "Royals", Wanham "Wildcats", Fairview "Outlaws", Grande Prairie "Eskimos", Fairview "Outlaws" and player records.

A copy of all records relating to game reports, league statistics, play off statistics, player statistics, schedules and league minutes were retained. Only duplicate copies of records were not retained.

It also includes documents related to fundraising for and the building and maintenance of the community hall from 1978-1999, the building of a playground, hall activities from 1976-1997, and records from the Woking and District Board of Trade.
