Fonds consists of administrative, financial, operational, and promotional material created, accumulated, and used by the Markerville Creamery in its activities as a creamery and as a tourist site.

Types of records include bills, invoices, receipts, reports, correspondence, envelopes, stationary, cheques, pamphlets, instructions, coupons, newspaper clippings, notebooks, tables, photographs, employment records, notebooks, inventories, and butter wrappers.
