The fonds consists of 3400 case files of land transactions relating to the building of branch lines across the Canadian West, particularly in Manitoba. Also consists of plans of railway stations and their grounds; "title record" plans recording the names of individual land owners throughout the west; ledgers of townsite land sales, primarily in Alberta and British Columbia; and ledgers of land leases in western Canadian communities, including Winnipeg Beach, Manitoba.

The fonds consists of photocopies of register of baptisms, marriages and deaths (1883-1926); a lantern slide show (ca.1914) about the work of Anglican missions during the settlement of the Canadian West (ca. 1914), used to raise money in England; 75th anniversary program (1950); program regarding designation as historic site (1975); Proceedings of 51st Meeting of Synod, Diocese of Calgary; and photographs of Anglican clergy and church interiors.
The lantern slide show consists of slides and an accompanying script describing the railway, immigrants, Anglican missions, churches and clergy, settlers' homes, transportation (horses, sleighs, wagons), and activities of the Church in Western Canada (this version has been re-created by Glenbow from a photocopy of the original script and scans of the lantern slides.)
