The collection consists of photographs featuring Danish artifacts such as candle holders, clothes irons, tooth brush holders, clothing, ornaments, dolls, dishes, farms, community buildings, traditional Danish food, churches taken by Ellen Nygaard and Reevan Dology in 1973 while conducting a research project on the Danish communities of Dalum, Alberta, and Standard, Alberta. The photographs also include a description written by Nygaard and Dology.
