Montrose Junior High School fonds
The fonds consists of a postcard photo of the first Montrose Junior High School; records of the Montrose Reunion Committee from 1993-1994; two scrapbooks dating from 1977-1979 and 1979-1981; and a copy of a scrapbook compiled by Patti Hannas, school librarian, from 1981-1982. All three scrapbooks contain news clippings showing student activities and general school news from the early location in downtown Grande Prairie.

This fonds consists of records that were primarily generated from Bill Turnbull’s work as an educator, running enthusiast, and coach. Records consist of photographs, slides, correspondence, race results, memberships lists, meeting minutes, financials, route maps, newspaper clippings, event planning information, event programs, pamphlets, and application forms.

Trumpeter Swan Naturalists Society fonds
The fonds consists of executive records regarding the formation and maintenance of the society; field records recording bird, mammal and wildflower counts; copies of the monthly newsletter, The Northern Naturalist; and copies of a collection of historical articles by F.M. Helleiner, who identified 180 bird species in the Grande Prairie area and wrote articles in the Herald-Tribune from 1953-1954. An embroidered crest, showing a trumpeter swan on a blue background, is included in the collection.
