Fonds consists of parish records of baptisms, confirmations, marriages and burials; communicant rolls; parish histories; records of services; correspondence; minutes; financial records; and other miscellaneous material. Not all records are extant for all parishes; records vary significantly from parish to parish. Fonds also includes an appendix, MsC 284, consisting of material relating to Morse L. Goodman, 5th Anglican Bishop of Calgary: sketches of St. Martin's Church, Livingston, Alberta, St. James Church, and St. Ambrose Church, Redcliff, Alberta; framed photograph of an unidentifired church procession; framed certificate of greeting from parish of Christ Church, Edmonton, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary, April 1, 1979.

Fonds consists of business and personal correspondence, research material, book manuscripts (most published between 1975 and 1990), appointment diaries, photographs and speeches. Also includes articles on G. MacEwan, book reviews, material honouring G. MacEwan and other miscellaneous material. Accession 891/12.8 includes various media that relate to the personal life of G. MacEwan: 2 photograph albums of 'Pioneer Agricultural Scenes' and 'Canadian Livestock'; 3 diaries kept by G. MacEwan, 1902-1931, 1931-1950, 1958-1966; 3 scrapbooks and 3 files containing research, notes and clippings relating to various issues of interest to MacEwan; the diary of Phyllis Cline, 1932-1953.

Fonds consists of several manuscripts, chiefly describing the history and culture of the Stoney (Assiniboin) Indian Tribe in Alberta, as well as providing biographical information and photographs of Tribe members; and manuscript of a talk, Sketch of Indians of Alberta, given to the Friends of the Indians Society, Edmonton, 1955. Manuscripts are inscribed to Otter Woman (Anne Downe).

Fonds consists chiefly of material relating to medical surveys in the western Canadian Arctic. Includes correspondence and memoranda, 1950-1960; reports of medical surveys, 1956-1960; travel diaries; and hospital reports of Inuit tuberculosis cases. Also includes copies of L.E.C. Davies's The medical history of the Western Arctic Eskimo, 1771-1960 (typescript with mounted black and white photographs); script for a talk on tuberculosis; illustrated report of communities flooded near Hay Lake, 1963; and slides of the Yukon and Northwest Territories.

Collection consists of photographs of geologic formations and topographic features; native peoples; northern communities; logging, mining, fishing and whaling activities; survey field parties; and miscellaneous subjects including some of U.S. Geologic Survey offices and staff. Most photographs were taken in Alaska, but also represented are the Yukon, Virginia, Maryland and Texas. Texas photographs are of oil fields and refineries, ca. 1917. Most photographs are dated and include descriptive captions. Photographs received in albums but removed for conservation purposes.
