The accession includes: tax receipts for NW 18-68-21-W4, carbon copy of ASD No. 42 Regular Monthly Meeting notes for August 14, 1952, correspondence for the Farmers' Union of Alberta, 1956 - 1957, United Farmers of Alberta share certificates and dividend statements, correspondence concerning rural electrification, and a carbon copy of County of Athabasca member purchases, 1963.
The fonds consists of an article on the history of Eaglesham; financial records from 1967, 1968, 1976; a subdivision plan of Eaglesham in 1962-63; a 1967 plan showing the water system, and a 1969 plan showing the sewage system.
The fonds consists of some papers from the 1947 and 1954 village elections and invoices and correspondence regarding the business of the Village of Sexsmith from 1943-1957. Included are invoices from Sexsmith Supplies Ltd., Canadian Utilities (for street lighting), Northern Alberta Railways, Municipal Supplies Ltd., Province of Alberta taxation notices, North Alberta Land Registration District, contract labourers, Grande Prairie Municipal Hospital District, Florist A.F. Hubler, M.D. of Grande Prairie No. 780, Saskatoon Fire Engine Company Ltd., McMillan Hardware, Midland & Pacific Grain Corporation, There is also a Government of the Province of Alberta invoice under The Old Age Pensions Act listing the five old age pensioners within the limits of the Village of Sexsmith.
The fonds consists of stories told by Violet for the War Brides project in 2006 and the 2013 Film & Story Tea. There are also seven photographs of Vi in her wedding dress and going-away suit over the years; 6 pp from a small notebook showing what she packed to travel to Canada, and detailing her expenses; and a copy of a newspaper clipping with the headline, "Three War Brides Arrive in Grande Prairie."
The fonds consists of a minute book from 1930-1938 and 15 Daily Registers from 1935-1955. Teachers after Henry Wiebe included M. F. Robertson, R. B. Smith, H. A. Melnychuk who taught on and off for most of the school’s history, Adele Roy, William Nedohin (supervisor), and Edward Rockarts.
The fonds consists of lecture notes, addresses, radio addresses, articles, research materials, and slides and index cards created or gathered by W. D. Albright. The material dates from 1890 to 1945 and relates to Albright’s work as a speaker and author, connected with his role as Beaverlodge Experimental Substation Superintendent.
