The fonds consists of minutes of school trustee meetings of Athabasca School District 839 from 1903-1945, correspondence,trustee nomination papers, reports of school inspectors and attendance officers, estimates, inventories, job applications, and financial records. There is a 1955 map of Athabasca School Division No.42, a copy of the 1937 Alberta School Act and Athabasca school registers from 1927-28, 1930 - 1935, 1941, 1942, 1943. The blueprints include the following schools: Ellscott, Calling Lake, Granville, Lahaieville, Perryvale, Rocky Ridge, Silver Fox, Smith, Spurfield, Twin Spruce as well as teacherages, toilets and a coal shed.
