The fonds consists of minutes, bylaws, financial statements, event planning files, annual reports, budgets, and photographs created during the operation of the Edmonton Boys’ Pipe Band. A small number of regalia worn by members during parade is also included. Two electronic records are also present: a music CD featuring a selection of the Pipe Band’s performances, as well as a DVD of the Edmonton Celtic Festival that features a video recording of the Pipe Band’s performance.

Fonds consists of minutes, reports, correspondence, invoices, clippings, scrapbooks, bylaws, contracts, minutes, and records relating to voter and census enumeration.

An order has been imposed on the material. The arrangement includes multiple series. The first 10 (RG-8.0 - RG-8.9) were processed in the 1970s and 1980s. Due to the size of the collection, the processing archivist decided to create a new division for each accession. From the 1990s the records were processed and arranged based on function, as reflected from RG-8.10 onwards.

The fonds consists of records created and collected by the Edmonton Burns Club for their various events and activities.
The fonds has been arranged into 6 series:

• Series 1 - Membership. This series consists of Edmonton Burns Club membership rosters and lists of Presidents. Also included are the Burns Club constitution as well as obituaries and funeral addresses for members of the Club.
• Series 2 - Administration. This series consists of minutes and financial statements of the Club. The President's’ Books have also been included in the series.
• Series 3 - Correspondence. This series consists of letters written in regards to the Club. The letter recipients have been named unless otherwise noted. Due to the nature of the scholarships awarded by the Burns Club, all material related to awards has been included here as well.
• Series 4 - Events. All major Burns Club events have been listed in chronological order here for ease of access. Events held by other Burns Clubs have also been included.
• Series 5 - Poetry, Music, and Reference Library. This series consists of the works collected and written by members of the Burns Club. The series includes poems, historical accounts, music sheets, articles, and books.
• Series 6 - Media. Series 6 is comprised of scrapbooks, media, audio (reel to reel and cassette recordings), ephemera and photographs related to the Club and various events.

The fonds consists of materials created by the Athabasca Dance Society between 1988 and 2016. The fonds consists of 4 videocassettes,11 DVDs and most programmes for the society's annual final concerts. There are also 8 photographs (# 18241-18248). There are12 cm of textual records which include minutes, financial statements, class lists, and incorporation and By-law information.

Fonds consists of the administrative and operational records created, accumulated, and used by the Culture Services section at the City of Red Deer between 1982 and 2016.

The types of records include correspondence, minutes and agendas, reports, plans, maps, compact discs, photographs and videos of activities. The topics covered by the records include Waskasoo Parks Master Plan artist drawings, Collicutt tiles project, the Red Deer Cultural Heritage Society, Artwalk, The Art of Medicine project, "How Wonderful Is Man" project, various master plans, Old Court House project, Youth Children's festival, Alexander Way, the Historical Preservation Committee, local artist CDs, walking tours, signage boards and plans, special events photographs, and some community cultural groups.

No series assignment has been applied to the records in this fonds.

Fonds consists of records relating to the Distinguished Alumni Awards, annual general meetings, Board meetings, and the Voluntary Sector Management program, as well as newsletters and photographs of events.

Photos of Richmond Park School students from 1958 - 1963 were framed and displayed on the school walls during the Richmond Park Homecoming weekend, September 3 - 4, 2016.

The fonds consists of the administrative and operational records of the Old Strathcona Foundation. These records include minutes, reports, financial information, agreements, bylaws, contracts, correspondence, photographs, audiovisual tapes, and other material pertaining to the Foundation’s efforts at conservation in the Strathcona area.
