The fonds consists predominantly of the records of Florence Jean Cahill, including school and teaching records, memorial card and letters from family. There are also photographs of some members of the Cahill and O’Callaghan families, including Cliff Cahill (a cousin from the United States who was killed in action in France, 1918), Everett Cahill (a cousin in the UK Royal Flying Corps in 1917), and Walter O’Callaghan’s parents, Bridget and Edward O’Callaghan.

Of the 327 photographs, 110 portray surveying in the Peace Country from 1909 to 1911, 5 picture life on the Tuffill homestead, and the remaining 212 are of Mr. Tuffill’s service in WWI and family and photographs from England.
