The fonds consists of 15 photographs, an Employment Agreement between the Hudson's Bay Company and R J Campbell, and a magazine clipping photo of R J Campbell. The photographs are of the Hudson's Bay Company Store in Grande Prairie when it opened in 1948, the original staff group in 1948, 4 photos of the crowds on opening day, 2 photos of a children's fashion show on opening day, and 5 photographs of the HBC Company float for the opening of the Smoky River bridge.

Sidney A. Connolly fonds

The fonds consists of two documents made out to Sidney Connolly from the Department of the Interior: an approval of a patent on NE 10-73-6-W6, dated June 9, 1915, and a grant for Placer Mining on Section 19-75-1-W6th, dated Nov. 23, 1921. The 2006 accrual consists of 3 photographs, a studio portrait of Pete Klassen, 2 postcard/photographs of Grande Prairie, 2 postcards of Alberta scenes, a letter from Pete Klassen, a copy of "Canada West" magazine and a Christmas postcard. Also included are Helen's written memories and a typed story of her life. The 2007 accrual consists of 3 postcards, one sent from Helen to Sidney and one from Mrs. Sexsmith to Helen, and 5 photographs including 2 of Sexsmith town and 2 of the Sexsmith children.

The fonds consists of an album of 251 unidentified photographs of family and friends and activities and outings, including picnics and parties, swimming, horseback riding, shooting, the Bear Creek Bridge, car trips, the Smoky River Bridge opening parade, another parade, the wedding of Adam Sask and Velma Childs, trips possibly to Peace River and Edmonton, and aerials of Beaverlodge. A selection of the photographs are individually described.

The fonds consist s of Walter Spry's farm ledger which records purchases made for the family farm from the early days till the 1950's. There is a thorough list of expenses, e.g. tobacco purchases, telephone batteries, and transporting hogs. In 1942 a house was built on N.W. 6-74-4 W6th, and those expenses were also itemized. The ledger also lists employees and their expenses while employed for Walter. Some of the people mentioned are Jim Glowsky, John Jantz, D. Morrison, W. Smith, Philip Dumas, Jim Martin, Ted Hanson, T. Rode, Ken Maxwell, Leonard Ostaszowski and Robert Hoffman.

Ethel Buck fonds

The fonds consists of 14 photographs of Ethel Foote, her cousin Ray Rappel, Jean Goff and Ray's other friends in England, and Ray's wife Rosina. There is also Ethel's war registration card, and a 16 page letter from Rosina to Ethel in September 1944, written in response to Ethel's first letter to her. At the time, Rosina was already married/engaged to Ray and had applied to come to Canada.

Maurice Pivert fonds

The fonds consists of a 26 page biography of Maurice Pivert written by his niece, Paulette Pivert Hrychiw, and copies of 25 photographs taken by Maurice Pivert between 1947 and 1955. The photographs include four of a Model T race at the fairgrounds in 1947, four of building the Memorial Arena in 1949, six of a County Agricultural fair and parade ca. 1950, two of the municipal hospital ca. 1950, four of new public buildings in Grande Prairie ca. 1952, and 5 of Christmas at the Andre Pivert home in 1955. These photographs are a few of the many Maurice Pivert took as he documented life around him at his farm in Grande Prairie. The copies were made available by Paulette Hrychiw.

The sous-fonds consists of the minutes of the County of Grande Prairie and the Municipal Committee. The minutes also include Orders in Council and Ministerial Order establishing the County, accounts, monthly statements, borrowing resolutions, estimates and budget reports, agreements, oaths of office, Prairie Farm Assistance applications, summaries of election results, correspondence, recommendations of public works to be undertaken and roadwork maps, and occasionally School Committee financial records.
